30A & DESTIN BEACH CHAIR & UMBRELLA RENTALS

Just picture it: Beach chair leaned back, sun shining bright, shimmering water as far as you can see, toes in the sand, resting under the shade of a big umbrella… AND you didn’t have to haul any chairs or umbrellas to the beach! It is the 30A dream! Let Vacayzen do the hard work for you! We want you to spend your time relaxing during your hard-earned vacation.

Service Overview:

• All Vacayzen beach chair rentals include two chairs and one umbrella along with free daily setup and take down.
• Orders can be placed until 12:30 PM for same-day service by booking online or over the phone.
• Beach Service will be set up* each day by 9:00 AM and will remain setup until 5:00 PM.
• Beach Service may be picked up at 4pm if chairs are empty or vacant.
• Orders will be labeled* with your last name to help you locate your specific sets.
• Beach Service will be set up within approved county vendor zones and position of beach set ups cannot be guaranteed.

How to Schedule Your Beach Service: 

• Start your rental on the first day you wish to have beach service set(s).
  End your rental on the last day you will use the service.
• Provide your desired beach access address with online and phone bookings.
• For online booking, select your desired beach access from the drop down locations.
  If you do not see your desired beach access, please call our office to book with a team member.

Vacayzen Beach Service Guidelines:

Setup Restrictions: Vacayzen is restricted by County laws and cannot set up in some areas, but can help your party find the best beach service location for you. If you are in a location where we can’t do traditional daily beach setup service, Vacayzen offers backpack chair rentals as a great alternative.

Weather Policy: We reserve the right to delay service set up in the event of inclement weather. Vacayzen also reserves the right to expedite pick up in the event of impending inclement weather.

Refund Policy: Orders cancelled more than one week prior to delivery will receive a full refund. If you cancel within a week of delivery, you will be refunded 50% of the total amount paid. If you cancel on the day of delivery, we can only offer in-store credit (rental credit, not retail goods), or we would be glad to make exchanges for scheduled delivery of comparable value. If you cancel after delivery, we can offer in-store credit (rental credit, not retail goods) for the unused portion of the respective rental period. Note: all golf cart orders are finalized upon payment and cannot be refunded. We, unfortunately, cannot control the weather and our standard refund policy applies to all items including beach service.
